Alternatively, you can use &#x60;agentEmail&#x60; + &#x60;agentName&#x60; + &#x60;receivedFrom&#x60; instead (all 3 fields required). | [optional] 
**receivedFrom** | **string** | mark your messages to distinguish messages created by you from the others. | [optional]
